Kiosk Unit Delivered to Vessel Agent
A pre-configured maritime-grade kiosk unit is shipped to your designated vessel agent. The hardware is built for shipboard use — durable, touch-enabled, and remotely manageable from shore.
Onboard Installation and Setup
The kiosk is installed in a high-traffic crew area such as a mess room or recreation space. Installation is coordinated with the vessel ETO and completed with minimal disruption to vessel operations.
Back-End Configuration by Shore Team
Authorized shore personnel set up the content structure, fleet categories, crew permissions, and initial content library through the management dashboard.
Crew is Enrolled, and Content Goes Live
The kiosk activates onboard, and crew can immediately access training, safety updates, announcements, and wellbeing content from the screen. No personal login required for general access.
Content Refreshed and Managed Remotely
Shore teams continue to publish, schedule, and update content from the dashboard. Kiosk performance and engagement data is available to fleet and HSQE teams for ongoing oversight.
